摘要 针对由橡胶弹簧和高圆簧组成的摆式列车内燃动力车转向架二系弹簧系统的结构特点 ,建立了基于弹性杆理论的数学模型 ,导出弹簧系统载荷与变形关系式 ,提出评定复合弹簧系统稳定性的新方法———刚度法 ,避免了此类弹簧系统在实际应用中出现负刚度。与现有复合弹簧系统的稳定性评定方法相比 ,刚度法具有较高计算精度和广泛的适用性。 A mathematical model for elastic rod theory is applied according to the structure characteristic of the secondary suspension system of tilting locomotive, which is composed of screw flexicoil spring and rubber spring. The relationship between spring load and deformation is conducted in this paper. The authors also proposed a new estimation method for the stability of combined spring system lateral stiffness method, which can avoid negative stiffness when this kind of suspension system is applied to engineering. It is shown that the new method have more accuracy and adaptability than other presented methods.[WT5HZ]
