摘要
在分析采用机电作动器作为摆式列车倾摆驱动优点的基础上 ,介绍了国外机电作动器的研制和应用情况。研究了机电作动器总体设计方案 ,并分析两种方案优缺点 ,设计出我国摆式列车用机电作动器。介绍了机电作动器的技术设计情况 ,对丝杠进行了选型分析 ,对丝杠的受力分析和设计 。
Based on the analyzing of the advantage of electromechanical actuator for tilting train, the situations of development and application of electromechanical actuator are introduced. The schemes of electromechanical actuator are given and analyzed, and the electromechanical actuator has been designed on the basis of comparing. The technical design of electromechanical actuator, such as the selection and force analysis of planetary roller screws, is introduced. The technical parameters and the stress calculation results of the main components are presented.
