摘要
提出用离子色谱法测定饲料中钙和镁的方法 ,并采用低压离子色谱仪对实际样品进行了测定。该方法的精密度好、准确度高 ,回收率在 95%～ 10 5%之间。与经典方法相比 ,该方法具有分析速度快 。
Ion chromatography by which calcium and magnesium in feed were determined was put forward. The experiment was carried out to determine the content of calcium and magnesium in chick-feed, duck-feed and pig-feed with low-pressure ion chromatograph. The result indicated that the method had such advantages as high precision and accuracy, fast analysis and simple operation.
