安哥拉山羊改良建昌黑山羊高代杂种羊血液生化遗传标记的研究 被引量:4

摘要 :采用PAGE法检测F3的Hb、Tf、Hp ,Pr,Alb、Po、LDH、Akp和Amy等基因座的多态性和相关分析 .研究结果表明 ,F3的Hb、Tf、Hp、Akp呈多态 ,Alb、Pr、Po、LDH、Amy呈单态 ;LDH同工酶相对活力顺序为LDH1>LDH3>LDH2 >LDH4>LDH5 ;F3与安哥拉山羊Akp基因型分布差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与建昌黑山羊差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;平均基因杂合度安哥拉山羊最高 ,F3次之 ,建昌黑山羊最低 ,F3与安哥拉山羊的遗传相似系数大 ,遗传距离小 ;LDH1的相对活力与净毛率呈极显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,LDH5 与两型毛根数百分比呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )、与两型毛重量百分比呈极显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )、与无髓毛伸度呈极显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) 。 The polymorphisms and correlations of alleles in Hb,Tf,Hp,Pr,Alb;Po,Akp,LDH and Amy loci in blood of F 3 generation are studied by PAGE.The studies show that,there are no polymorphisms in Pr,Alb,Po,Amy and LDH loci of F 3,but the Hb,Tf,Hp and Akp loci of F 3 present genetic polymorphisms;the sequences of relative activity of LDH isozyme are LDH 1>LDH 3>LDH 2>LDH 4>LDH 5;the genotypic distributions of Akp are significantly different (P<0.05) between F 3 and Angora goat,and are very significantly different (P<0.01) between F 3 and Jianchang black goat;the average degree of gene heterozygosity is the highest for Angora goat and the lowest for Jianchang black goat,and the middle for F 3;the genetic similarity coefficient is greater between F 3 and Angora goat,and their genetic distance is small;there is very significant negative correlations(P<0.01) between the clean wool yield and the relative activity of LDH 1;there is significant positive correlation(P<0.05) between the number percentage of heterotypical fibers and LDH 5,while the correlation is very significant positive (P<0.01) between the weight percentage of heterotypical fibers and LDH 5,but correlation between the elongation at break of nonmedullar fibers and LDH 5 is very significant negative (P<0.01);there are insignificant correlations between the relative activities of other bands of LDH and the traits of wool production.
