On Strengthening the Party Construction of Full-time Master's Degree Candidates

全日制专业学位硕士研究生规模的剧增、学制年限短等因素影响着全日制专业学位硕士研究生党员发展工作。针对这些新情况,必须从突出研究生党员思想建设的主导地位、创新管理方式、建立新的评价管理制度、以及利用网络平台提升党支部凝聚力等方面采取必要的对策,以加强全日制专业学位硕士研究生的党建工作。

With the dramatic increase in the number of full-time Master＇s Degree candidates and the short length of schooling, the development of the Party members among the full-time Master＇ s Degree candidates has been affected. Countermeasures such as stressing the dominant position of the ideological construction of graduate Party members, innovating management modes, establishing new management system of evaluation, and enhancing the cohesive force of the Party Branch through the network platform should be taken to deal with these new situations in order to strengthen the Party construction of full-time Master＇s Degree candidates.
