摘要
体能训练是竞技能力的基础,它能够提高运动员的体能、影响运动员的身体形态、规范运动技术和使运动的效率最大化。基于国内外对体能概念认识的差异及院校调研,不难发现普通高校运动员在赛前体能训练中存在很多问题。通过分析并借鉴发达国家的训练理念及运动数据,为改进运动员赛前体能训练提供可行性的训练计划和方法,使院校的体能训练在现有条件下有据可查,更加切合实际,更加严谨和接近科学。
Physical training is the foundation of the competitive ability; it can improve the athletes" physical a- bility, influence their body shape, standardize sports technology and maximize the efficiency of the movement. Based on the differences between the understanding of physical concepts and research institutions at home and abroad, it is not difficult to find that there exist a lot of problems in the college athletesphysieal training before the game. Through analysis and drawing on the training concepts and motion data of developed countries, provide feasible training program and methods for improving the athletics pre-match training so as to make the physical training in colleges well-founded, more practical, more precise and scientific in the present conditions.
