摘要
阐述了可持续发展、大环境、大系统的哲学内涵 ,提出大环境观、大系统观是可持续发展整体视野的基础 ,运用系统工程的原理 ,坚持全面性、系统性、动态性的研究、才有可能建立可持续发展理论和方法体系 .
This article explains the philosophical connotation of sustainable development and puts forward that the large system idea and large environment idea are the basis of the whole idea of sustainable development. It is possible to set up a system of the theory and method for sustainable development if we use the princible of system engineering and carry on the study on the entirety, the system and the new developments.
