摘要
利用雷达、高速摄影等设备组成的试验方案,通过侵彻不同材质的靶板,了解了不同材质靶板侵彻时的破坏形态.由靶板、高速摄影机、雷达测速仪、线膛炮等组成试验系统,炮射试验的靶距为120 m,试验弹对目标正侵彻,弹体内放置单轴加速度传感器和数据采集器,测试并记录侵彻目标过程的加速度曲线.实验表明:弹丸侵彻A3钢、45#钢和军用装甲时,产生的破坏形态分别为充塞、花瓣和卷边,测得的侵彻后的存速和工程计算值吻合.为今后的相关的理论研究提供了依据.
An experimental program was established that consisted of radar and high-speed photograph equipment etc. Through the penetration of different materials of target plate, the failure pattern of the target could be obtained. The test system consisted of target plate,high-speed cameras,radar velometer and a rifle cannon. The test distance was 120 m and the bombs vertical penetrated the target. The single-axis acceleration sensor and data collector in the bullet could record the acceleration in the process of penetration. The test results show that when the projectile penetrating into A3 steel, 45 # steel and military armor, the failure forms are obturation, petal-like and curling edge. The experimental results of the remaining velocity after penetration are in good agreement with the theoretical results. The results provide a basis for future theoretical research.
