摘要
高校实验师资队伍是高校实验室建设和实验教学改革的核心力量。他们的素质、水平,不仅关系到高校实验室建设和综合利用效益的发挥,也决定着高校实验教学的质量。当前高校实验师资队伍建设存在的三个典型问题是:价值认识不足,岗位定位不合理;队伍青黄不接,结构不合理;缺乏知识更新,人员素质普遍偏低。加强高校实验师资队伍建设必须要做到:理清两对关系,重新定位实验师资队伍的地位和作用;落实三项制度,建立促进实验师资队伍良性发展的激励机制;加大培养培训力度,努力提升实验师资队伍的整体素质。
The experiment teaching staff in Colleges and universmes is the core oi university laboratory construction and experimental teaching reform. Their quality and level, are not only in relation to the development of the university laboratory construction and comprehensive utilization benefit, but also determines the quality of experimental teaching in Colleges and universities. There are three typical problems in the present construction of experiment teaching staff in Colleges and universities. The first is the lack of understanding of the value, and unreasonable post positioning; the second is team temporary shortage, and unreasonable structure; the third is lack of knowledge updating, and low personnel quality. Strengthening the construction of experiment teaching staff in colleges and universities must sort out two pairs of relations, and position anew the status and role of the experiment teaching staff: implement three systems, and establish incentive mechanisms for the benign development of the experiment teaching staff; increase training efforts, and efforts to enhance the overall quality of experimental teaching staff.
