摘要 随着石油、化工、轻纺、冶金及城市燃气工业的发展,压力容器日趋大型化。而大型压力容器受环境、气候、施工条件的制约,其组装难度增大,施工工序复杂。同时,大型压力容器设备材料焊接性能特殊、焊接量大、焊接质量要求高,其热处理工艺要求严格。为此,文章通过对大型压力容器在制造和安装过程中存在的施工技术难点进行分析,并从下料、成形、切割、组装、焊接、热处理等方面,提出了相应的技术措施和对策,对企业保证施工质量,提高工效,降低安装成本有所助益。 With the development of petroleum, chemical industry, textile, metallurgy and city gas industry, the pressure vessel trends to larger. Restricted by environment, climate and construction condition, the assembly of large-sized pressure vessel becomes more difficult and the construction procedure becomes more complicated. Because of special welding material, large quantity welding and high quality welding, the large-sized pressure vessel heat treatment should meet strict requirements. To analyze the construction technology difficulties in the large-sized pressure vessel manufacture and installation process, this paper put forward the corresponding solution methods and countermeasures from the aspects of baiting, molding, cutting, assembling, welding and heat treating to ensure quality, improve efficiency and reduce installation cost.
