职业教育的目标是让学习者获得从事一门职业的能力或者使学习者提升其职业能力。现代学徒制是一种先进的职业教育模式,符合经济社会发展需求,它包含"收徒-授艺-出师"三个环节。探索形成"项目化管理方式、师徒式师生关系、开放性学习环境、交替式学习过程、岗位化组织形式、全方位学习训练"的人才培养理念;彰显双元办学、双重身份、双师教学、双业标准的新型职业教育特色;探索与实践了中国特色的现代学徒制。

The goal of vocational education is to have the learners acquire professional abilities, or get the learners to improve their professional abilities. Modern apprenticeship is a kind of advanced vocational education mode which can meet the demand of economic and social development; it includes three links 'enlightening- granting arts- accomplishing'. This pilot project explored and formed the talent training concept of 'project management, mentoring relationship between teachers and students, open learning environment, alternating learning process, post organization form and comprehensive training'; it revealed new vocational education characteristics such as dual system, double identity, dual-teacher teaching, criteria for both industries and education; it also explored and practiced the modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.
