摘要
油浸式电力变压器顶层油温超过允许限值时表示该变压器处于非正常运行状态。研制了一种深度可调式光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)油温传感器。该传感器中FBG处于悬空状态,其中心波长的变化只受到温度的影响,通过油浸式电力变压器顶部的管座,将该传感器浸入变压器的顶层油中,旋拧铜管外侧的调节螺母以调节传感器浸入变压器油中的深度,对该传感器中FBG的中心波长进行实时监测即可实现对变压器顶层油温的在线监测,反映变压器的运行状态。实验表明:该传感器的灵敏度为9.8pm/℃,重复性误差为1.78%FS,非线性误差为2.4%FS,滞后误差为1.5%FS。
Oil temperature exceedes the permitted limit means the oil-immersed power transformer operating abnormally.A depth adjustable oil temperature sensor with fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is developed.The center wavelength of the FBG can be only changed by temperature,FBG in the sensor is suspended.Through the pip at the top of transformer,the sensor is immersed in top oil,and the depth can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut.The temperature of the oil-immersed power transformer can be detected by detecting the center wavelength of the FBG in sensor.Experiment indicates that the sensitivity of the sensor is 9.8 pm/℃,repeatability error is 1.78 % FS,the nonlinear error is 2.4 % FS,the hysteresis is 1.5 % FS.
