摘要
结合无线传感网络通信技术,设计并实现了以无线传感器网络为数据传输和故障诊断平台的在线分析系统,能有效地解决传统分析仪器系统实时性差、数据传输单一、维护成本高等问题。该设计可以通过Zig Bee无线通信技术对工业现场在线分析仪器仪表的过程数据进行实时采集、传输和处理,同时可将数据通过GSM/GPRS网络向远程数据管理中心进行传输。给出了设计的整体框架,叙述了软、硬件和数据协议的设计方法。经实验测试,该设计性能稳定,能够实时准确地发送在线分析仪器的工作状态、故障表象等信息,可广泛应用于工业生产等领域,尤其在在线分析仪器系统中具有很高的实用价值。
Combined with wireless sensor networks (WSNs)communication technology,online analytical system based on WSNs for data transmission and fault diagnosis platform is designed,which can effectively solve the problem of bad real-time,simple data transmission,high maintenance costs of traditional analytical instruments system.The design can real-time acquire,transmit,and process on process datas of online analytical instrumentation by Zig Bee wireless communication technology,the datas also can be transmitted to remote data management center through the GSM/GPRS.Overall framework of the design is given,also describes design method of software,hardware and data protocols.The experimental test shows that the design has stable performance,can send operating state and fault phenomenon information of the online analytical instrument accurately,and can be widely used in areas such as industrial production,especially has a high practical value in online analytical instrumentation system.
