摘要 当前全球的能源消耗的速度以及对环境的影响变得日趋重要。制糖是食品工业中主要的耗能大户,制糖生产在许多发展中国家还是能源密集型产业之一,这主要由于技术设施落后造成的。本文从技术层面探讨最近三十年来甜菜制糖工业节能技术的发展。 Energy consumption and its impact on the efficiency and environmental issues has become of great im-portance recently. Sugar prodution is the main energy consumer in food product industry. Sugar production has been one of the most energy intensive industries in many developing countries during recent years since their technological infrastructures are poor and need to be promoted. This paper discusses the development of the ener-gy efficient beet sugar factories over the last 30 years from the technological point of view.
