摘要 探讨某生产线缩聚真空系统乙二醇列管换热器长时间运行造成的小分子和低聚物在管程内壁附着,直接影响换热效果和乙二醇(EG)流通量,从而影响真空系统能力,导致真空运行周期短的问题,摸索解决方案,并进行针对性改造。 This paper is about to analyze the fact that there exist smaller molecules and oligomers in tube wall of ethylene glycol tube heat exchanger of polycondensation vacuum system in some production line because of long-time running,which directly influences the effect of heat exchange and ethylene glycol circulation,affects capacity of vacuum system and finally results in short performing cycle of vacuum system.Possible solutions and targeted re-forms are as follow.
