就绒螯蟹的亚种、种及属的划分和界定进行了讨论 ,介绍了绒螯蟹属的研究简史 ,以及近几年在绒螯蟹可持续利用研究和该属通过形态学、生物化学和分子生物学手段在物种多样性和遗传多样性研究方面所取得的主要成就 .

The present paper deals with a brief introduction to several issues in mitten crab studies: the identification of subspecies, species and genus; the history of study on biodiversity of Eriocheir; the recently main achievement in the studies on the sustainable use, species diversity as well as genetic diversity of mitten crab by morphological, biochemical and molecular means.
