摘要 通过对终聚反应机理及工艺优化的探讨,以提高聚酯装置生成熔体的质量。具体方法是根据生产负荷的变化,控制入口液位在适当范围内,并通过调整搅拌转速,使釜内物料达到最佳成膜效果,以保证物料在正常真空度条件下以最低的反应温度、最短的停留时间完成终聚反应,同时最大限度地减少副反应。通过以上措施,有效降低了聚酯熔体的端羧基含量及b值。因此终聚反应工艺优化的核心是控制终聚釜入口液位,稳定真空度及真空蝶阀开度。 Based on the discussion of final polycondensation reaction mechanism and process optimization,in order to improve the quality of polyester device generates melt.The specific method is according to the change of production load,control the entrance level within an appropriate range,and by adjusting the stirring speed,the reac-tor materials to achieve the best film effect,to ensure that the material finish final polymerization in the normal vacu-um conditions with the shortest residence time and the lowest reaction temperature,while minimizing side reaction. Through the above measures,effectively reducing the carboxyl end group content and b value of polyester melt. Therefore,the core of final polycondensation optimization of reaction process is to control the final polycondensation autoclave entrance level,stable vacuum and vacuum valve opening.
