纳米银抗菌水凝胶联合微波热疗CP/CPPS临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of nano silver antimicrobial hydrogel combined with microwave hyperthermia on the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的：观察纳米银抗菌水凝胶联合微波热疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征（CP/CPPS）临床疗效观察。方法127例经门诊确诊的CP/CPPS患者，按治疗方法分为3组：（1）A组，39例，仅用纳米银抗菌水凝胶纳肛；（2）B组，患者42例，单纯应用微波热疗；（3）C组，46例，采用微波热疗并同时使用纳米银抗菌水凝胶纳肛。3组疗程均为4周。结果 A组总有效率为74.35%，B组总有效率为73.8%，C组总有效率为91.3%。治疗后3组患者前列腺炎症状评分（CPSI）较治疗前改善明显（P＜0.05）；C组与其他2组比较，总有效率差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。另外，3组发生的不良反应均为轻度，且持续时间较短。结论纳米银抗菌水凝胶联合微波热疗CP/CPPS的疗效优于各自单独应用，值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of nanosilver hydrophilic colloid （Bangliean） combined with microwave hyperthermia in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Total of 127 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into the control group A , the control group B and combination therapy group C. Thirty-nine patients in the control group A were treated by nanosilver hydrophilic colloid（Bangliean）, 42 patients inthe control group B were treated by microwave hyperthermia;46 cases in combination therapy group C）were tretaed by microwave hyperthermia combining with nano silver antimicrobial hydrogel anus. The course of three groups was 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the control group A was 74.35%, the total effective rate the control group B was 73.8%, and the total effective rate of combination therapy group C was 91.3%. The prostatitis symptoms score （CPSI） of patients in three groups was improved significantly after treatment than that of before treatment （P＆lt;0.5）;the total efficiency of combination therapy group C were statistically significant compared with that of two control groups （P＆lt;0.05）. In addition, the occurrence of adverse reactions in the three groups were mild, and lasted a shorter time. Conclusion Combination of nanosilver hydrophilic colloid and microwave hyperthermia shows some advantages in the treatment of chronic prostatitis over each alone. It merits to be applied in clinic.
