摘要
报道了以α-萘乙酸为原料 ,经与 SOCl2 回流反应 ,得到α-萘乙酰氯 ,再在液 -液相转移催化剂 PEG-4 0 0的催化作用下 ,α-萘乙酰氯与芳胺反应 ,合成了 10种新的α-萘乙酰芳胺 ,并经 IR、1 HNMR、1 3CNMR及元素分析确定了它们的结构 .
WT5BZ]: α naphthylacetic acid ( α NAA) was used as the raw material, α naphthylacetic acid chloride was prepared by reaction of α NAA with SOCl 2 after refluxing 14~15 h.Ten new aryl α naphthylacetylamides were synthesized through the reaction of α naphthylacetic acid chloride with ArNH 2 by using PEG 400 as liquid liquid phase transfer catalysis.Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and elemental analysis.
