市民化能力、权益认知与农户的土地退出意愿

The Citizenization Ability, Land Rights Cognition and Farmers' Willingness to Quitting Land

研究目的:探究城镇化进程中农民的市民化能力及其权益认知对农户土地退出意愿的影响。研究方法:在理论分析和适当性检验的基础上,采用结构方程模型计量分析。研究结果:市民化能力、权益认知都对农户的土地退出意愿有统计上显著的正向作用,而且二者与土地退出意愿之间的标准化路径系数都较大。研究结论:市民化能力的改善和权益认知程度的提高都能强化农户的土地退出意愿。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts of peasants’citizenization ability and their cognition of land rights on their willingness to quitting land. The methods used include theoretical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling（SEM）based on applicability test. The result indicates that the citizenization ability and cognition of land rights both have statistically positive effect on quitting land, and the standardized path coefficients between citizenization ability and cognition of land rights and the willingness are large. Conclusion is that the citizenization ability and cognition of land rights actually are the main factors affecting the willingness of farmers to quitting land.
