韶关市2008-2012年居民碘盐监测结果分析

Results of mornitoring of iodized salt in Shaoguan City from 2008 to 2012

目的分析韶关市居民碘盐监测结果，为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学策略。方法收集整理韶关市2008~2012年碘盐监测数据并进行统计分析。结果韶关市2008-2012年盐碘中位数为29．20mg／kg；居民户合格碘盐食用率均在90％以上；非典盐率低于1％；碘盐覆盖率均在90％以上，加碘精制盐和粉洗盐的合格率明显高于粗海盐。结论2008～2012年全市居民食用合格碘盐达到消除碘缺乏病阶段目标的碘盐监测指标要求。

Objective To analyze the results of mornitoring of iodized salt in Shaoguan City from 2008 to 2012 and provide scientific basic for eliminating IDD. Methods Data of momitoring of iodized salt in Shaoguan City in 2008-2012 were collected and analyzed. Results The median of iodized salt content was 29.20mg/kg,The qualified rate and coverage rate of iodized salt were above 90% ,but the qualified rate of non-iodized salt was below 1% ,the qualified rate of refined salt and clean powder salt were higher than sea salt. Conclusion The indicator of the 2008-2012 iodized salt mornitoring in Shaoguan has reached the standard for mornitoring iodized salt in stage goal of elimination of IDD.
