微波照射联合皮炎平治疗过敏性皮炎的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of microwave irradiation in combination with piyanping ointment on allergic dermatitis patients

目的观察微波照射配合皮炎平软膏治疗透明贴膜所致过敏性皮炎的疗效。方法将透明贴膜所致过敏性皮炎患者随机分为观察组25例和对照组25例,观察组采用皮炎平软膏外涂过敏性皮炎部位先按摩1min后加微波照射治疗;对照组只采用皮炎平软膏外涂过敏性皮炎部位。观察两组过敏性皮炎治疗效果。结果观察组疗效为96.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.45,P<0.01),过敏性皮炎皮疹症状消退时间观察组为(39.80±10.94)h,明显短于对照组的(50.17±11.85)h,皮疹消退的时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.41,P<0.05)。结论微波照射配合皮炎平软膏治疗透明贴膜所致过敏性皮炎的疗效好。

Objective To observation the efficacy of microwave irradiation combined with piyanping ointment in the treatment of allergic dermatitis patients induced by transparent film. Methods Fifty allergic dermatitis patients induced by transparent film were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group consisted of of 25 cases and the control group also comprised 25 cases. Firstly,the patients in the observation group were treated with iminute-massage of piyanping ointment on the allergic dermatitis site in combination with microwave irradiation. While those in the control group were only treated with piyanping ointment. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group （68.0%）（X2=14.45, P〈O.05）. The skin rash-disappearing time in the observation group and control group were （39.80 ± 10.94）h and （50.17 ± 11.85）h, respectively, also showing statistically significant difference （t=2.41,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microwave irradiation combined with piyanping ointment is effective in treatment of allergic dermatitis induced by transparent film.
