不同补钾方式治疗化疗后轻、中度低钾血症患者疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of mild and moderate Kalioponid after chemotherapy Potassium in different ways

目的:观察氯化钾注射液口服与静脉滴注两种给药方式治疗肿瘤患者化疗后轻、中度低钾血症的疗效,为临床治疗提供快速、有效的补钾方法。方法:将48例化疗后因摄入不足、呕吐等丢失过多、合并使用易致血钾降低药物导致的轻、中度低血钾患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予10%氯化钾注射液口服,对照组给予10%氯化钾注射液稀释后静滴,比较两组治疗后2h、6h、24h的血钾水平及有效率。结果:治疗后2h两组的血钾水平较治疗前均有改善,而且对照组血钾水平较实验组血钾水平改善更为显著(P<0.01);治疗后6h、24h两组血钾水平差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后两组有效率差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在补钾初期(≤2h),静脉滴注补钾速度明显优于口服补钾,但6h后两种途径补钾取得的疗效相同。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of potassium chloride injection by oral and intravenous drip of two medication for treating the tumor patients of mild and moderate kalioponid after chemotherapy, providing fast and effective potassium supplement method for clinical treatment. Methods：48 cases with mild and moderate kalioponid due to inade- quate intake and vomiting and using a combination of causes of potassium decreased drug were divided into experimental group and control group at random. The experimental group was treated with 10% potassium chloride injection by orally,the control group was given 10% potassium chloride injection diluted by injection, comparing serum potassium levels and total efficiency of the two groups after treatment 2h, 6h and 24h. Resulls：2h after treatment, the serum potassium level of two groups have improved than before and the control group serum potassium level improved more significantly compared with the experimental group（p 〈 0.01 ） ;6h,24h and 48h after treatment,the serum potassium levels of the two groups has no statistically significant（p 〉 0.05 ） ;the total efficiency of two groups has also no statistically significant after treatment （p 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Intravenous drip is superior to oral in the early of supplement kalium （ ≤ 2h）, but the two ways a- chieved the same effect after 6h.
