The 88th Launch On October 12, 2005, a LM-2F launch vehicle was launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center with astronauts Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng onboard the second manned spaceship of China, the Shenzhou 6 spaceship. After a 5-day travel in space, Shenzhou 6 returned to the Earth and landed safely on October 17. The two astronauts walked out of the return module by themselves.
