At 0:42 on December 21,a Bolivian communications satellite,Tupak Katari(TKSAT-1)was launched into orbit onboard a LM-3B launch vehicle from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center(XSLC).26 minutes after the lift-off,the satellite entered into the preset orbit smoothly and will be positioned at 87.2°W.This is the188th launch of the LM family launch vehicle and the last launch mission carried out by CASC in 2013.Bolivian President watched the launch at the launching site.The satellite arrived at the XSLC on November 12 after it had passed an ex-factory review in Beijing,in which Bolivian Satellite Project Office of China Academy of Space Technology(CAST),Bolivian Space
