摘要
结合元宝山发电厂 、 期 (30 0 MW+6 0 0 MW)输煤程控系统和 期 (6 0 0 MW)输煤程控系统的实际 ,阐述了两套输煤程控系统实现网络控制的特点及方案 ,研制开发了联接两套输煤程控系统的光纤网络控制系统 ,实现了输煤控制系统的实时网络控制 ,并为后续的 IV期 (6 0 0 MW)输煤控制系统预留了控制接口。该网络控制系统已在元宝山发电厂输煤程控系统中投入使用 ,效果良好。
In this paper, taking as an example the networking of the computer control system of the first and the second stage (300 MW+600 MW) coal conveyer in Yuanbaoshan power plant with that of its third stage (600 MW) coal conveyer system, the features and control strategy in the networked systems are expounded. At the same time a fiber optics network control system that networks the two independent systems is developed by which the real time network control for coal conveyer control system is implemented. All the interfaces for the coal conveyer control system of the coming fourth stage (600 MW) are beforehand prepared. This fiber optics network control system for coal conveyer computer control system is in service at Yuanbaoshan power plant, and shows the high performance.
