摘要
通过对稻纵卷叶螟危害后扬辐粳8号、扬粳9538、汕优63、扬稻6号和淮稻9号水稻为害指数、卷叶率及对不同水稻品种叶片可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸含量和可溶性蛋白质含量变化的研究,比较不同水稻品种与稻纵卷叶螟抗虫性的关系。结果表明:不同水稻品种对稻纵卷叶螟的耐虫性差异显著,淮稻9号与扬辐粳8号耐虫性较弱。水稻生理生化测定结果表明,游离氨基酸含量高的水稻品种上稻纵卷叶螟发生程度重,可溶性蛋白质含量高的水稻品种上稻纵卷叶螟发生程度轻。该结果为快速鉴定抗耐稻纵卷叶螟的水稻品种提供了可靠的方法。
ABSTRACT: In recent years, the rice leaffolder, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Gtien6e (Lepidotera: Pyralidae) outbreaking in China have caused serious damage to rice. However, causes of the outbreaks are largely unknown. Therefore, under- standing of C. medinalis outbreak mechanisms is of important significance for sustainable control of the pest. Damage index and damage rate of rice leaves to C. medinalis larvae infested Yangfujing 8, Yangjing 9538, Xieyou 63, Yangdao 9 and Huidao 9 were investigated in this paper, and resistance of these varieties to C. medinalis was also measured. The results showed that varietal resistance had obvious difference, and Huidao 9 and Yangfujing 8 were suseeptive. Biochemi- cal measurement demonstrated that variety with high content of free amino acid was favour to the occurrence of C. medi- nalis and that with high soluble protein content was un-favour to the occurrence of the insect. The findings of this study will provide scientific information for the screening of rice leaffolder resistance and tolerant varieties and realization of rice leaffolder sustainable management.
