摘要 摘要:根据葡萄全基因组数据库中的信息,采用生物信息学方法,在全基因组水平上对葡萄Dof基因家族进行了系统进化关系、保守模体、共线性关系及表达模式等分析。结果表明:葡萄基因组中共存在25个Dof基因,命名为VvDof01-VvDof25。系统发生分析表明这些Dof基因归属于9个亚家族,命名为亚家族I~Ⅸ。同一亚家族中成员具有相似的模体组成。对亚家族I的共线性分析表明,该亚家族中的3个成员可能来源于形成葡萄物种的古代六倍体化事件。分析公共数据库中葡萄的RNA-Seq数据后表明,有11个Dof基因对生物和非生物胁迫有响应。本研究结果可为进一步开展葡萄DoI基因家族的功能鉴定和分子进化机制的研究提供基础。 ABSTRACT: Dof gene family encodes plant-specific transcription factors known to play important roles in plant develop- ment and gene expression regulation process. Using the bioinformatic methods, a comprehensive analysis of the phyloge- netic relationships, conserved motifs, synteny relationships and expression pattern of Dof gene family in Vitis (grape) was performed. A total of 25 Dof genes were identified in grape, designated as VvDofO1--VvDof25, and they were phy- logeneticly clustered into 9 subfamilies, subfamily I - IX. The motif compositions were considerably conserved within the subfamilies. The synteny analysis of the genes in subfamily I showed that these genes were evolved from the ancestral hexaploidization of Vitis lineage. Eleven Dof genes responded to abiotic and biotic stress based on the RNA-Seq data of grape in public domain. The results of this study might provide a significant foundation for further studies on the gene functions and molecular evolutionary mechanism of Dof gene family in grape.
