CKD-EPI方程在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用

摘要 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是多种肾脏疾病的统称,包括慢性。肾小球肾炎、系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎等,该病进展缓慢,但若未得到及时诊治,可导致病情的进一步恶化和发展,从而发展成为肾功能不全、肾衰竭,甚至尿毒症。目前,肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)是反应肾脏功能和CKD分期的重要指标。2009年美国慢性肾脏病流行病工作组研发了一种新的肾小球滤过率的评估方法,即CKD-EPI方程,该方程较传统的MDRD方程具有更高的精准度。本研究通过探讨CKD-EPI在中国慢性肾脏病患者中的应用,评价其在中国人群中的适用性。现报道如下。
