摘要
审视我国后师范教育时代的"教师教育",一是要用辩证思维看待"教师教育"现实的发展,二是要正确理解教师教育体系的多元化与开放性,三是要肯定"师范教育"在"教师教育"实践系统中的根基性。对师范生的培养,应从根本上立足基础教育实践,重构教师教育与基础教育对应、深刻而全面的内在依托关系,体现为:我国"师范教育"传统与现代的文化融合对应当下人文呼唤与理性批判;培养师范生的深厚教学能力对应基础教育"三维目标"的根本指向;放大"师范教育"视野对应国民教育区域性、民族性、个性化的发展诉求;强化课程构建,凸出"实习课程"对应师范生培养的内在性。
Inspecting the "Teacher Education" in the post-era teaching. first and foremost. we should view the development of "Teacher Education" from dialectical perspective. Second. we should correctly understand the openness and variability. Third. it is necessary to ensure "Teacher Education" in the practice of "Teacher Education" system foundation. To cultivate normal university students. we should take it as root of elementary education practices. to build correlation between teacher education and fundamental education and meet the new challenges and new mission in the new era of teacher education.
