On the College-enterprise Cooperation Based Campus Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges

校企合作共建高职院校校园文化是深化校企合作的重要途径,是提升高职院校办学水平、提升人才培养质量的基本前提,是高职教育发展的必然要求,是企业自身发展的现实需要,也是高职院校内涵建设的主要内容。校企双方应立足于事业的科学发展,创新机制体制,丰富内容和载体,积极创建校企高度融合、特色鲜明的高职院校校园文化。

College-enterprise cooperation based campus culture is an important way to further cooperation between colleges and enterprises. As a fundamental prerequisite to improve running level and cultivation quality of higher vocational colleges, college-enterprise cooperation based campus culture is also a necessary requirement for higher vocational education development as well as an actual need for enterprise development and the major content of connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. Colleges and enterprises should actively create a unique campus culture in which the college and the enterprise are highly integrated on the ground of scientific development of the cause by renovating systems and by enriching contents and earners.
