糖尿病肾病的中医命名与病因病机

The nomenclature,etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine

糖尿病肾病之中医命名为"消渴病肾病"。其病因与糖尿病可归为一致。与五脏柔弱、饮食失宜、情志失调、外感六淫和药邪致病等密切相关。其病位以肾脏为中心,而兼及肝、脾、肺、心等。病性上存在着本虚标实,虚实互见之临床特点,并且随着疾病所处的不同阶段,虚、实的内容也不尽相同,从而表现出机随期转,动态演变之特点。

Diabetic nephropathy is named consumptive-thirst nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine. Its etiology is similar to diabetes mellitus. It has a close relationship with the weakness in internal organs, improper diet, emotional disorders, six climatic-exopathogen attacking and ill-effect of drugs. The site of diabetic nephropathy is kidney, and related closely with liver, spleen, lung and heart, and so on. The character of diabetic nephropathy is asthenia in origin and excess in superficiality, and intermingled deficiency and excess. More important, at different time point of disease course, the contents of the deficiency and excess are different, which present a dynamic evolution process.
