慢性肾脏病主要证型的中医辨证与治疗

Differentiation and treatment of major syndromes of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine

本文所讨论的"慢性肾脏病主要证型的中医辨证与治疗"是以2013年中国中西结合肾病年会专家讨论稿为基础,参考既往各项中西医结合临床研究结果及众多名老中医的临床经验。初步确定慢性肾脏病的主要证型为肺脾气虚证、脾肾气虚证、气阴两虚证、肝肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证,并逐一对各证型的病因、病机、临床表现、治法、方药等进行阐述。旨在方便西学中的医生们初步掌握慢性肾脏病的中医辨证论治方法,促进中医药在慢性肾脏病临床诊疗中的推广及运用。

The discussion paper was based on the expert comments from the annual meeting of integrative traditional Chinese and western nephrology in 2013. According to the evidence from clinical studies and experience of famous specialists of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, the major types of syndromes in TCM in chronic kindey diease were identified preliminarily as Fei Pi Qi Xu syndrome, Pi Shen Qi Xu syndrome, deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome, Gan Shen Yin Xu syndrome, and Pi Shen Yang Xu syndrome. Subsequently, the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, therapy, and prescription of each type of the above syndromes have been discussed. This paper was designed to help doctors of western medicine to preliminarily master the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment in chronic kidney disease with TCM, so as to promote the generalization and application of TCM in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.
