摘要 目的检测SOCS2在良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌中的表达情况,分析其表达水平与临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法通过实时荧光定量PCR检测SOCS2在前列腺增生组织、前列腺癌中mRNA的表达情况,用免疫组化检测前列腺癌、前列腺增生标本中SOCS2的表达情况。分析SOCS2的表达水平与临床病理特征、预后的关系。结果前列腺癌患者组织中SOCS2表达上调,和Gleason评分,转移,PSA复发负相关,生存曲线统计表明SOCS2表达与无生化复发生存期负相关。结论 SOCS2表达降低是前列腺癌生化复发的独立危险预测因素。 [ Objective ] To investigate the expression and clinical significances of SOCS2 in benign prostate hy- perplasia (BPH) tissues and prostate cancer tissues, the associations of SOCS2 expression with elinicopathologieal features and prognosis were analyzed. [ Methods ] Q-PCR was used to detect SOCS2 mRNA in prostate cancer tis- sue and BPH tissue, Immunohistochemical (IHC) method was used to detect SOCS2 in prostate cancer tissue and BPH tissue, the associations of SOCS2 expression with clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed. [ Results ] The SOCS2 expression was upregulated in prostate cancer tissues , and it was negative relation with Glea- son score, metastasis, PSA failure. The SOCS2 expressing was negative correlation with biochemistry recurrence by using Kaplan-Meier method. [ Conclusions ] The down-regulation of SOCS2 is an independent predictor of de- creasingbioehemieal recurrence in prostate cancer.
