Endurant覆膜支架治疗腹主动脉瘤的临床经验(附25例报告)

Clinical experience of endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm by eudurant covered stent:a clinical analysis of 25 cases

目的总结使用Endurant覆膜支架治疗腹主动脉瘤的经验。方法 2010年10月~2012年8月使用Endurant覆膜支架治疗腹主动脉瘤25例。结果 25例患者手术均获得成功,术后恢复良好,无死亡病例。结论使用Endurant覆膜支架治疗腹主动脉瘤安全有效。

[ Objective ] To summarize the experiences of the treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm by using Endurant rectorial bracket. [Method] Between October 2010 and August 2012, a total of 25 patients were treated for abdominal aortic aneurysm by using Endurant rectorial bracket. [ Result ] the operations for 25 patients were per- formed successfullyand they were recovered well, no death was occurred. [ Conclusion] It is safe and feasible to treat abdominal aortic aneurysm by using Endurant tectorial bracket.
