摘要
随着酒店业蓬勃发展和高职教育实践教学要求的提升,越来越多的高职学生以顶岗实习、志愿服务、临时用工等形式参与到酒店服务中,学生素质直接影响酒店的服务质量。针对这种情况,应探索建立融合高职教育规范、酒店服务质量标准、社会服务要求为一体的系统化综合培养平台,在心理素质、文化素质、职业素质等方面对学生进行教育培训与职业指导,实现学生素质与酒店服务质量的双重提升。
With the booming development of hotel industry and the practical requirement of higher vocational education, more and more higher vocational school students participated in hotel service through post practical training, volunteering service and temporary work. Thus, students' quality impacts the quality of hotel service directly. Therefore, it's necessary to build a systematical and comprehensive cultivation platform integrating higher vocational education standards, hotel service quality standards and social service requirements, implement education training and vocational guidance for students in psychological, culture and knowledge qualities, so as to achieve the overall promotion of students' quality and hotel service quality.
