高职院校政、校、企合作办学的“三螺旋模型”分析 被引量:5

摘要 政、校、企合作办学已经日益成为高职院校可持续发展的办学方向,但在合作办学中,还面临着角色与功能定位不清、层次与方式低端单一、政策与制度缺乏细化、机制与平台不够健全等困境。从"三螺旋模型"的视角对高职院校政、校、企合作办学进行解读,可从政府主导作用发挥、高校主体功能发挥、企业参与性调动等方面寻求应对策略。 The government-school-enterprise cooperation in running schools has become the sustainable school-running ori- entation of higher vocational schools increasingly. But in the current school-running cooperation, some problems exist, such as the unclear role and function orientation, the low-end and single level and mode, the lack of detailing policy and system, the imperfect mechanism and platform, etc. Seen from the perspective of "triple helix model", the government- school-enterprise cooperation in running higher vocational schools should give full play to the leading function of government and the subject function of colleges and mobilize enterprises' property of participation.
