摘要
技能竞赛作为检验高职教学成果、办学水平的重要渠道,越来越受到学校的重视,因此创建一个合理高效的人才选拔机制至关重要。在人才选拔中可以引用生产系统中有效的漏斗管理手段设置专业基础、职业能力和综合素质三个过滤层,层层把关,层层过滤,及时发现选拔过程中的瓶颈与障碍,并根据不同阶段开展不同的教学策略,以达到人才培养的最终目的,选拔出精英强将。
As the major channel for inspecting teaching achievement and school-running level of higher vocational colleg- es, skill competition is becoming more and more valued. So it is important to set up a reasonable and efficient selection mechanism of talents. In the process of talents selection, we can use effective means of funnel management in production system to set up three filter layers which are professional basis, professional ability and comprehensive quality. By using the three filter layers, we can timely find the bottlenecks and obstacles in the process of selection. Based on this, we can carry out different teaching strategies according to different stages, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of talents' train- ing and select the elite.
