“以人为本”思想下高职学生综合素质的培养

On the Cultivation of Comprehensive Quality of Higher Vocational School Students under the “People-oriented” Idea

我国经济体制转型发展背景下,以培养高素质技能型人才为目标的高职院校发展空间巨大。然而,高职学生的就业状况并不乐观,其根本原因是高职生的综合素质水平与现代企业需求不相适应。高职院校的人才培养必须适应经济体制的发展变化与当前社会的现实需求,体现出尊重和促进人的全面发展,不断提高人的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、身体素质和职业技能素质。

Under the background of transformation and development of economic system, higher vocational colleges aiming at cultivating high-quality skilled talents faced huge space for development. However, higher vocational school students＇ employment situation is not optimistic. The fundamental reason is that the comprehensive quality level of higher vocational school students can not adapt to the needs of modern enterprises. The talents cultivation of higher vocational colleges should adapt to the changing of economic system and the real needs of social development, embody the respect and promote people＇s all-round development, and constantly improve people＇s ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cul- tural quality, body quality and vocational skill quality.
