摘要 美国、英国等典型发达国家职业教育高度重视工学交替,形式灵活,职业教育紧贴企业需求,为社会培养大量技能人才。借鉴国外经验,重庆财经职业学院市场营销专业实施工学交替教学改革,构建"项目导向、实境镶嵌、个性培养"的人才培养模式,以职业能力为本位,积极探索"2+3"订单培养模式,创新教学组织与考核评价,规范校企合作双方权利和义务。 Vocational education of typical developed countries such as America, Britain, etc. highly emphasizes working-learning ahernation and flexible form, closely clings to enterprises' demands, and has cultivated a large number of skilled talents for the society. By taking example by the experience of developed countries, the marketing specialty of Chongqing Vocational College of Finance and Economics has launched working-learning alternation teaching reform and constructed the talents cultivation mode of "project orientation, reality mosaic, personality cultivation". Besides, it regards vocational ability as the standard, actively explores "2+3" order cultivation mode, innovates teaching organization as well as examination and evaluation, and regulates the rights and obligations between the two cooperative sides of college and enterprise.
