摘要
采用正交实验 ,研究了乳化剂用量 ,阴非离子乳化剂用量之比 ,单体与乳化剂的初始比 ,总单体中苯乙烯与丙烯酸丁酯之比等因素对乳液粒子、乳液性质的影响 ,寻找了苯丙乳液的最佳配比 ,该乳液对马口铁有较好的附着力并减少了反应时间 ,加快了反应速度 .
We studied some factors which have effect on emulsion particle and it's quantity through orthogonal experimentof emulsifier the ratio of anionic and non- ionic emulsifier.The initial ratio of emulsifier to monomer,the ratio of styrene to acrylic ester in total monomers were discussed.We found the best ratio of styrene/acrylic in the experiment.Accrete of tin and reduce hour and expedite speed.
