摘要
面对 2 1世纪人类对海洋开发利用的需求及其给海岸和近海工程的发展带来的前所未有的机遇和挑战 ,这里着重对下一个世纪人类在海洋能源开发、海洋空间利用、海洋环境保护以及海洋工程防灾减灾方面所依赖的海岸和近海工程学科中应重点研究的一些科学技术问题 ,结合我国的国情进行一些探讨 .诸如 :海洋动力因素及其与海岸和近海工程建筑物相互作用的研究 ,海洋土力学与海床动力学研究 ,海岸和近海工程新结构及其设计理论、可靠性和耐久性研究 ,海洋灾害的精确预报及抗灾减灾工程措施 ,海洋工程抗震防灾机理和减震技术研究 ,海洋再生能源利用 ,海洋环境与保护研究 ,冰区溢油及海冰力学研究等课题都将是 2 1世纪初我国科技工作者们研究的热点 .
In the 21st century, people will come into an epoch of fully utilizing the ocean resources. Meanwhile, this will also bring more opportunities and challenges than ever to the development of coastal and offshore engineering. This article discusses a number of science and technology problems to be studied in the field of coastal and offshore engineering in respect of ocean energy resource exploitation, ocean space utilization, ocean environment and its protection, and hazard prevention in ocean engineering which people will concern about in the next century. The researchers will be interested in the following problems in the recent years at the beginning of 21st century, such as, hydrodynamics and its interaction with coastal and offshore structures, ocean soil mechanics and dynamics of the stability of seabed, coastal and offshore structures of new style and its design theory, forecast and reduction of maritime disasters, earthquake response on ocean engineering structures and its anti earthquake technique, utilization of ocean energy resources, ocean environment problems, oil spill problem and ice mechanics in the cold and icy sea area.
