摘要
本文针对现有生产线生产效率低下的问题,现以某公司浴霸装配车间生产线为研究对象,运用Enterprise Dynamics仿真软件对生产线现状进行建模仿真,通过仿真找出生产线中的瓶颈工序,并利用生产线平衡优化方法对相关工序进行改善,使其生产效率提高,最后通过仿真验证其效果。
To solve the existing inefficient production problems in a bathroom heater assembly production line, we use Enterprise Dynamics simulation software to model the assembly line. Through simulation, production line bottlenecks are identified, and the corresponding solution based on line balancing optimization method is proposed to improve the production efficiency. Finally receive the inspection results through the ED simulation.
