摘要
剖析了大规模定制生产模式的内涵 ,根据其特点提出了产品族数据管理的概念 ;产品族数据管理不同于单一产品数据管理特点在于 ,它覆盖一类产品 ,需要通过产品配置才能得到满足订单需求的产品 .在此基础上 ,建立了产品族数据管理系统框架 ,通过系统实现证明了该框架的可行性 .
The connotation of mass customization is analyzed. Its key technology, product family model, is discussed briefly. According to the model, the concept of product family data management(PFDM) is put forward. The discrimination between product family and single product is that a product family represents a group of modules which will be configured to form single product under certain rules. Then the PFDM system architecture is established. According to the architecture, a system based on SmarTeam is developed. Finally an example of the system demonstrates the feasibility of the architecture.
