摘要
2型糖尿病患者中普遍存在抑郁症,两者互相促进,互相影响。国内外学者关于糖尿病并发抑郁症的研究越来越多。本文总结糖尿病与抑郁症的相关性,探讨其发病机制及防治措施,提倡通过改变生活方式,增强体育运动,更有效地控制病情发展,改善生活质量。
Depression is common among patients with type 2 diabetes, both promote and influence each other.More and more scholars researching on diabetes complicated with depression. This paper summarized the correlation of diabetes and depression, discussed the pathogenesis and prevention measures. Advocating patients change their lifestyles,increase physical activities to control the illness more effectively and improve the quality of life.
