通过对实验动物设施工程概算编制特点的亲身体会,针对目前国内本类项目影响到工程概算编制的设计规范、设计标准、定额应用、市场变化等相关因素,提出了相应的解决方法和建议。
Based on the experienceabout the cost estimate of Facilities Engineering forAnimal Experiment, the article analyzes the multiplicity influencing factors comprehensively. The factors include design specifications, design standards, approximate estimate norm, market changes and etc. Itputs forwardthe corresponding solutions and suggestions.
