肺癌组织中SOX2和β-catenin蛋白的表达

摘要 目的:探讨SOX2及Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与肺癌发生的关系。方法:收集86例肺癌组织和20例正常肺组织标本,应用免疫组化法检测SOX2、β-catenin蛋白的表达,分析SOX2、β-catenin蛋白在肺癌组织中表达的关联性。结果:SOX2在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为95.4%,在正常肺组织中无表达;β-catenin在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为75.6%,在正常肺组织中为30.0%;肺癌组织中两种蛋白的阳性表达率均高于正常肺组织(P<0.001)。二者在肺癌组织中的表达无关联(rP=0.109,P=0.978)。结论:SOX2和Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肺癌的发生过程中发挥了重要作用。 Aim:To investigate the expressions of stem cell factors SOX 2 and β-catenin in lung cancer tissue .Meth-o ds:A total of 86 cases of lung cancer tissue and 20 cases of normal lung tissue were collected and used to detect the expres -sions of SOX2 andβ-catenin by immunohistochemistry analysis .The correlation between SOX2 andβ-catenin expressions in lung cancer tissue was analyzed .Results:The positive expression rates of SOX 2 andβ-catenin were 95.4%and 75.6%in lung cancer tissue, significantly higher than those(0.0%and 30.0%) in normal lung tissue(P&lt;0.001).There was no posi-tive correlation between SOX2 and β-catenin expressions in lung cancer tissue (rP =0.109,P=0.978).Conclusion:SOX2 and Wnt/β-catenin pathway may play important roles in occurrence of lung cancer .
