摘要 针对SVK40-3S型离心式压缩机开车过程中,一二级转子振动大造成压缩机联锁停车故障,经原因分析查找,发现低速转子推力盘松动导致转子在运转过程中发生轴向窜动是造成一二级叶轮损坏的主要原因。通过对大齿轮推力面进行修磨后重新装配各级推力盘的方法,成功解决了转子振动大故障,取得了良好的检修效果。 Big vibration in the primary and secondary rotors led to compressor inter-locking shutdown during operation of the SVK40-3S centrifugal compressor. It was found through analysis that the main cause of damage in the primary and secondary impellers was the axial float of rotor during operation caused by looseness of thrust discs of low-speed ro-tors. The vibration problem was successfully solved by reassembling all thrust discs after grinding the thrust surface of big gears, which achieved good repair effect.
