吉林省稻瘟病菌对富士一号的敏感性研究

Resistance of Magnaporthe grisea to Isoprothiolane in Jilin

[目的]为明确吉林省水稻种植区不同稻瘟菌小种对富士一号的抗性。[方法]通过抑菌圈试验,测定了源于吉林省的33个单孢稻瘟菌菌株对富士一号的敏感性。[结果]稻瘟菌对富士一号的敏感性呈连续性双峰分布,EC50最大为31.06μg/ml,最小为8.47μg/ml,相差倍数为3.67。[结论]吉林省稻瘟病菌菌系对富士一号已产生不同程度的敏感性差异。

[Objective] The study aimed to definite the resistance of different rice blast fungus to Isoprothiolane in rice growing area in Jilin Provience.[Method] The sensitivity to Isoprothiolane was tested in 33 Magnaporthe grisea isolates which collected in Jilin by the experiment test of inhibition zone.[Result] The results showed that the sensitivity of these isolates to Isoprothiolane appeared continuous double hump distribution.The maximum and the minimum of EC50 was 31.06 μg/ml and 8.47 μg/ml.The maximum was 3.67 times more than the minimum.[Conclusion] There was a certain difference on sensitivity of Magnaporthe grisea to Isoprothiolane among districts of Jilin.
