农药对鸟类慢性毒性试验方法体系研究

Study of Pesticides on the Chronic Toxicity Test Methodology of Birds

[目的]建立适应我国农药环境管理要求的鸟类慢性毒性试验方法体系。[方法]通过比较分析OECD和美国已有的研究技术和方法,分析相同点和不同点,结合我国实际的鸟类种群特征、我国农药对鸟类危害影响的特点及现有的环境安全评价技术水平,建立我国农药对鸟类慢性毒性试验方法体系。[结果]初步形成了适应我国农药环境管理的鸟类慢性毒性试验方法体系。[结论]填补了我国农药对鸟类慢性危害影响的试验方法的空缺。

[Objective] The research aimed to establish chronic toxicity test methodology of birds to fit the requirement of environmental management of pesticides.[Method] The existing research techniques and methods of OECD and the United States were explored,and the similarities and differences of them were analyzed.Combined with characteristics of China ~ actual bird population,adverse effects of pesticides on birds,and existing technology for environmental safety evaluation,chronic toxicity test method system of pesticides to birds was established.[Result] The bird chronic toxicity test methodology was formed initially,which adapted the China＇s pesticide environmental management.[Conclusion] The system fills up the vacant in test method of the effect of pesticide on bird chronic toxicity.
